NICU Registered Nurse – Level III Neonatal ICU – Columbus, OH

- Experience: NICU Level III/IV experience preferred
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $65.76

What You’ll Do:
- Provide specialized care to neonates, including those born at less than 28 weeks gestation
- Manage respiratory and cardiovascular support, including ventilator adjustments
- Administer medications using the Pyxis system, including IV vasopressors, surfactants, and steroids
- Perform procedures such as arterial line management and central line care
- Document patient care accurately in the EPIC system
- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and families using SBAR
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including providers, therapists, pharmacists, and social services
What You Need:
- Valid Ohio RN license and certifications in BLS and NRP
- Experience in NICU Level III or IV units
- Strong skills in cardiovascular interpretation, infection control, and IV therapy
- Ability to handle complex neonatal cases involving respiratory distress, surgical and cardiac needs
