What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Coordinate and supervise nursing team members and ancillary staff.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Document patient information accurately and timely.
- Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and compliance standards.
- Promote a positive, respectful environment for patients and staff.
What You Need
Required:
- Current RN license in Louisiana
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience
Preferred:
- Certification in a specialty area
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate good judgment
