What You’ll Do
- Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process within scope and standards
- Evaluate patient needs and develop tailored teaching strategies
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Delegate tasks and coordinate care for licensed and ancillary team members
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Adapt care delivery to meet diverse patient needs and cultural sensitivities
What You Need
Required:
- Current RN license in Louisiana
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Nursing (Preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Proficiency in using healthcare software and data systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Certification in a clinical specialty area
- Additional experience in a hospital or acute care setting
