What You’ll Do
- Provide direct patient care in a specialized telemetry unit for a diverse age range from newborns to geriatrics
- Monitor cardiac and vital signs using telemetry equipment
- Manage a patient ratio of 5:1, with higher acuity patients at 3:1 or 4:1 depending on the situation
- Collaborate with a small, dedicated team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Work independently and efficiently in a rural, small-unit setting
- Follow all safety and procedural protocols in a rural healthcare environment
What You Need
Required:
- Valid NH RN license and Temporary Healthcare Service Agency license
- Experience in Medical/Surgical units with cardiac monitoring
- Ability to independently manage patient care in a small facility
- Strong clinical skills and professional judgment
Preferred:
- Rural healthcare experience
- Ability to work day shifts reliably
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
