What You’ll Do
- Provide direct patient care on a busy Cardiac/Neuro Med Surg unit
- Manage patient assessments, medication administration, and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor vital signs and respond to patient needs promptly
- Assist with patient transfers and clinical procedures
- Document all clinical activities accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
What You Need
- Valid Massachusetts RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg, Cardiac, or Neuro experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong clinical skills with high proficiency in cardiac/neuro patient care
About the Assignment
This is a 3 East Cardiac/Neuro unit providing specialized care to adult patients. The unit typically maintains a patient ratio of 1:6 and welcomes nurses who excel in fast-paced, acute environments. Personal scrubs of any color are accepted, and personal off-duty time should be scheduled in advance, with no more than five days of requested time off permitted.
