  Duties & Responsibilities
  

  

    
• Provide 32 hours of patient-facing care per week in a family practice clinic setting.

    
• Work collaboratively with a Medical Assistant (1:1) to manage daily patient panels and scheduled visits.

    
• Supervise and coordinate with an RN who handles medication refills per protocol, patient message triage, and supportive care.

    
• Utilize on-site phlebotomy services for EKGs and lab work, and coordinate with on-site Physical Therapy as needed.

    
• Deliver compassionate, continuity-based care to a longstanding patient population in a community-focused clinic.
