We are seeking an Obstetrician/Gynecologist Physician for a 9-day assignment in New Mexico. This role involves 24-hour call coverage, managing a full scope of OB and GYN cases including deliveries, ultrasound interpretation, and various surgical procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide 24-hour call coverage
• Manage a variety of OB and GYN cases
• Perform Fetal Heart Rate (FHR) interpretation
• Conduct and interpret OB ultrasounds (level 1/screening)
• Perform Amniocentesis
• Handle routine and complicated deliveries, with VBAC experience preferred
• Perform repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
• Conduct office/minor gynecology and surgical gynecology procedures, with laser certification preferred

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required
• The Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system used is Epic
• The schedule involves 24-hour call coverage from 8a to 8a
