What You’ll Do
- Provide critical care to ICU patients, ensuring high-quality treatment and comfort
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond promptly to changes
- Proficiently operate and manage ventilators, telemetry equipment, and IV starts
- Document patient care thoroughly using the EPIC system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans
- Assist in procedures and interventions as needed
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in Ohio
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- EPIC documentation experience
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certification (AHA preferred)
- Proficiency in IV insertion, telemetry, and ventilator management
Preferred:
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
