What You’ll Do
- Provide patient-centered pre-operative care and assessments
- Coordinate with surgical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions
- Reassess patients regularly to identify changes and intervene promptly
- Develop and modify individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards
- Document all interventions accurately within EPIC electronic medical records
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning
- Perform Point of Care testing and other clinical procedures
What You Need
- Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact state license
- BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA
- Up to 2 years of RN experience; new graduates considered for entry-level roles
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate patient care
- Ability to work flexible hours and on-call nights as needed
