What You’ll Do

- Communicate effectively with families and hospital staff
- Document all patient interactions accurately and promptly
- Participate in on-call rotations and emergency situations
- Support quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety
What You Need
- Valid medical license in North Carolina
- Pediatric hospitalist experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills in pediatric inpatient care
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
