What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality neonatal care to infants in a Level III NICU setting
- Attend high-risk deliveries and stabilize newborns post-delivery
- Provide family-centered care and education for newborns and their families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and specialists
- Monitor and assess neonatal patients in the NICU
- Support and participate in on-call and shift coverage duties
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
What You Need
Required:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
- Neonatal or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible 24-hour shifts
Preferred:
- Prior NICU experience
- Leadership skills and team collaboration experience

Join a dedicated NICU team at Emory Johns Creek Hospital, a 110-bed acute care facility serving one of Georgia’s most affluent and fastest-growing communities. The Level III NICU cares for approximately 7-8 infants daily, with an average of over 1,100 annual deliveries. You will work alongside expert staff in a supportive environment committed to excellence in neonatal care and family support.
