Description
We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician for a 16-day assignment in Ohio. The client offers a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM. This role focuses on comprehensive patient evaluations, follow-up care, and accurate charting, encompassing preventative health, transitional care evaluations, chronic care management, acute care/sick visits, and routine follow-up appointments.
Responsibilities and Duties - Conduct patient evaluations
