What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care for adult and geriatric patients in a stepdown setting
- Coordinate patient care and participate in patient and family education
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain nursing standards
- Document patient progress using the Epic EMR system
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Support unit operations and assist in patient management during night shifts
What You Need
Required:
- Valid New Hampshire RN license
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in stepdown or similar unit
- Strong clinical skills in adult-geriatric patient care
- Ability to work night shifts and follow schedule commitments
Preferred:
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Knowledge of acute care and patient education techniques
