• No call requirement
• Case Mix: OB, adult and pediatric ENT, orthopedics, bariatrics, GI, bread-and-butter surgery, breast, neuro, and trauma
• No hearts or thoracic cases
• Supervision model
• EMR: Epic
• Must be board-certified
