We are seeking an experienced OB/GYN Physician for a 3-day assignment in Maryland. This role requires 12 or 24-hour in-house coverage, with shifts spanning from 7p to 7a or 7a to 7a. The physician will primarily focus on labor and delivery services, with a smaller component of GYN duties, providing essential support to our client's busy service.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide 12 or 24-hour in-house coverage.
• Maintain consistent availability for monthly shifts.
• Work 15-20 12-hour in-house shifts as required.
• Cover nights and weekends.
• Manage primarily labor and delivery cases (approximately 95%) and a smaller percentage of GYN cases (approximately 5%).
• Perform C-sections as necessary.

• Shifts: 12 or 24-hour in-house shifts, including nights and weekends; typical shifts are 7p to 7a or 7a to 7a.
• Patient Volume: Manages approximately 2000 deliveries annually; C-section rate of 23%.
