What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU for critically ill adults
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Administer medications and treatments, including ventilator management and IV starts
- Document patient data accurately within the EPIC system
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure positive patient outcomes
- Respond swiftly and effectively to patient emergencies
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and standards
What You Need
Required:
- Active Ohio RN license
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
- Proficiency in EPIC documentation system
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications (AHA certifications only)
- Skills in IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management
Preferred:
- Previous travel nursing experience
