What You’ll Do
- Provide immediate, critical care to patients with acute injuries or illnesses in a high-stress environment
- Conduct rapid assessment and triage to prioritize patient needs
- Stabilize patients and administer treatments as prescribed
- Assist physicians during emergency interventions and procedures
- Document patient care accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all ER protocols and safety standards
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RN license in Michigan or state of practice
- Minimum of 1-year ER or acute care experience
- Ability to work night shifts reliably
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Preferred:
- BLS/ACLS certification
- Experience working in fast-paced emergency settings
