What You’ll Do
- Provide specialized care for ICU patients in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU), managing complex internal medicine cases such as sepsis, respiratory failure, and organ dysfunction
- Use advanced medical equipment, including ventilators and infusion pumps, to support critically ill patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physicians’ orders
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with clinical protocols
- Respond swiftly to emergencies and escalate issues as needed
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during extended night shifts
What You Need
- Valid New Hampshire RN license (required)
- Minimum of 1-2 years ICU experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work night shift efficiently under pressure
- Current BLS/ACLS certifications (if applicable)
