What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population from newborns to geriatrics.
- Manage and monitor patients with drips, vents, and other emergency equipment.
- Collaborate with pre-hospital, emergency, and hospital staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in EPIC electronic medical records.
- Support trauma patients within a Level III trauma center environment.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with standards of care and hospital policies.
- Respond quickly and effectively to stressful and critical situations.
What You Need
- Required:
- NH Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration
- 1+ years of ER or critical care nursing experience
- Valid RN license in good standing
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR system and emergency protocols
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with excellent communication skills
- Preferred:
- Experience working in a trauma Level III environment
- Comfortable with vent and drip management
