What You’ll Do
- Provide perioperative patient care in a small rural hospital setting
- Circulate during OR surgeries, C-sections, PACU, and endoscopy procedures
- Assist in emergency and scheduled surgeries while maintaining patient safety
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care
- Participate in on-call duties, arriving within 30 minutes of notification
- Support patient recovery and monitor post-operative status
- Adapt to fluctuating census and assist in other departments as needed
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RN license
- Minimum 1 year OR experience
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Epic electronic medical record experience
Preferred:
- Experience working in rural hospital settings
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
