A healthcare organization near Port Richey, Florida, is looking for a Respiratory Therapist for a full-time night shift position with rotating weekends.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, permanent opportunity
• Night shift with rotating weekends
• Work in an acute care hospital and Level II Trauma setting
• Manage acute care ventilators for short- and long-term mechanical ventilation
• Perform routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures for patients of all ages
• Develop and implement respiratory care plans based on patient needs

What We’re Looking For

• RRT required — CRTs are not being accepted
• Active Florida Respiratory Therapist license
• Completion of a vocational/technical or AMA-approved respiratory care program; Associate’s degree required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Active American Heart Association BLS
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP required within 6 months of hire
