Hourly Rate: $280/hr
Overtime: $350/hr
Holiday: $420/hr
24-Hour Call: $2800 per 24 hours
Night Call: $555/shift
Call Back: $325/hr

Monday-Friday
Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Clinic Followed by Night Call

Call Rotation: 1:5

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide Outpatient OB/GYN Clinic Coverage
Provide Inpatient OB/GYN Coverage
Perform Rounding and Admissions
Provide Labor and Delivery Coverage
Perform OB/GYN Procedures in the Clinic
Perform Obstetric Procedures in Labor and Delivery
Perform Gynecologic Surgical Cases in the Operating Room

Clinical Environment / Support
Provider Will Not Work Solo
5 Other Physicians / Clinicians in the Practice
Hospital and Clinic Privileges Required

Requirements
Board Certified in Obstetrics/Gynecology - Required
Active Washington Medical License - Required
BLS - Required
ACLS - Required
BLS and ACLS Must Be Through AHA or American Red Cross as Applicable
Minimum 2 Years of Clinical Experience - Required
Epic Experience - Required
COVID-19 Vaccination - Required, No Exemptions

Recent Clinical Activity Requirements
Case Documentation From the Previous 24 Months Required
Obstetrics: Documentation of 100 Patients, Including at Least 15 Cesarean Sections and 30 Vaginal Deliveries
Gynecology: Documentation of 50 Gynecology Patients Representative of the Scope and Complexity of Privileges Requested

Credentialing
Emergency / Expedited Privileges May Be Available Depending on the Circumstances of the Role"
