Optometrist Opportunity – Allentown, PA | Hospital-Based Practice

Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $120.94/hr

What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive eye care services, including exams, assessments, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
- Utilize EMR systems efficiently; will receive training/shadowing
- Communicate effectively with a diverse patient population, with a preference for Spanish speakers
- Manage scheduling and patient flow in a new facility setting
- Document patient encounters accurately and securely
What You Need:
Required:
- Licensed Optometrist in PA or eligible for licensure
- Minimum 2 years of optometry experience
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Drive-in candidates or those local to Allentown
- Experience in a hospital or clinic environment
