Travel Occupational Therapist jobs in Gladstone, MO let you work with pediatric patients in an outpatient clinic, helping children build essential life and motor skills. You will assess and treat fine motor, sensory, and self-care challenges, develop individualized therapy plans, and use play-based interventions to engage children. You will collaborate with families and other professionals, document progress, and adapt care as needed. This role is open to new grads and OTs looking to gain pediatric experience. You must have a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and a valid Missouri state license. Strong communication, creativity, patience, and teamwork skills are essential. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
