What You’ll Do
- Provide patient care activities in adult, pediatric, and neonatal critical care settings under supervision
- Assist in managing ventilators, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient responses and document clinical data accurately
- Train RT personnel in critical care procedures
- Ensure compliance with hospital standards and safety protocols
What You Need
- Valid CRT license
- Prior experience in critical care environment preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
