What You’ll Do:
- Apply psychotherapeutic techniques to treat individuals and families with emotional and behavioral disorders
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop discharge plans
- Lead individual, group, or family therapy sessions aligned with treatment plans
- Develop initial treatment plans based on assessments and coordinate additional services
- Document therapy services accurately and maintain patient records
- Manage a caseload and participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
- Provide services in inpatient or outpatient settings as needed
- Assist with case management, discharge, and aftercare planning
What You Need:
- Required: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Human Services; valid state or national licensure; CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification
- Preferred: Experience working with similar patient populations; additional certifications as applicable
