Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do
- Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients in long-term care
- Conduct exercises, massage, gait, and balance training under supervision
- Monitor and document patient progress and report findings to the physical therapist
- Support patient mobility and recovery through therapeutic interventions
- Maintain accurate records of treatments and patient responses
- Adhere to facility protocols and safety guidelines
- Contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered environment
What You Need
- Valid state PTA license
- At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
