What You’ll Do:
- Prepare, sterilize, and organize surgical instruments and equipment
- Operate sterilizers, Ultrasonic cleaners, and Sterrad machines
- Maintain sterile processing standards per hospital protocols
- Document sterilization cycles and equipment checks
- Assist surgical teams by ensuring timely availability of sterile supplies
- Follow safety procedures and infection control policies
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to support surgical procedures
What You Need:
Required:
- CRCST or CSPDT certification
- Minimum 3 years hospital experience (Level I or II)
- Proficiency in operating sterilization equipment (Sterrad, Ultrasonic)
- Ability to work night shifts and stand for extended periods
Preferred:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
