What You’ll Do:
- Provide inpatient pharmacy services across hospital departments including ICU, L&D, M/S, and ED
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately following hospital protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care
- Support medication management using Meditech; familiarity preferred
- Assist with medication monitoring and documentation
- Work independently during weekend shifts, ensuring continuous coverage
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and state regulations
What You Need:
Required:
- Valid Pharmacist license in New Hampshire
- 2–5 years of inpatient hospital experience
- Ability to work independently, especially on weekends
- Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy processes
Preferred:
- Experience with Meditech and Omnicell systems
- Critical Access Hospital experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
About the Assignment:
This assignment at a leading hospital in Berlin, NH, involves supporting inpatient pharmacy operations in a rural setting. The pharmacist will serve in a fast-paced environment, ensuring medication safety and optimal patient care. Candidates must have their own transportation due to rural location, and local candidates within 50 miles are not eligible.
