- Leadership track available with transition to Medical Director role
- Medical director option: 80 - 90% clinical and 10 - 20% administrative
- Broad-spectrum family medicine caring for patients from newborns through older adults
- Experience in rural health, FQHCs, and underserved populations highly valued
- Sign-on bonus and housing assistance provided
- Manageable patient volume of 10 - 15 patients per day
- Board-certified Family Medicine MD or DO required; DEA required
