The Role

• Join an established practice of 5 geriatricians, 9 APPs, and full-time nursing staff
  
• Split between nursing home coverage and ambulatory clinic
  
• Sub-acute, rehab, and short-stay care
  
• No hospital practice required
  
• 50 hospitalists, including a dedicated geriatric hospitalist, handle admissions
  
• No assisted living, home visit, hospice, or palliative care requirements
  
• Medical directorship opportunity at a third local nursing home
