What You’ll Do
- Provide independent nursing care based on assessments, diagnoses, planning, interventions, and evaluations
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor effects, and document patient responses
- Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Manage complex clinical situations and delegate tasks when appropriate
What You Need
- Current RN license in Texas or a compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) required
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in a related specialty preferred
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong clinical judgment
Required:
- Valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, 1+ year experience in nursing
Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience in Telemetry or ICU/Med-Surg units
