Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $54.94

What You’ll Do:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on Med Surg/Telemetry units.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care within a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and adapt treatment plans.
- Document patient responses and contribute to clinical decision-making.
- Educate patients and families to promote understanding and recovery.
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
What You Need:
- Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Med Surg or Telemetry.
- Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work nights and adapt to unit needs.
