24 Hour Call (4 Hours Gratis): $3350 per 24 hours

Call Back: $410/hr

Schedule
24-Hour Call: 7:00 AM-7:00 AM
Each Shift Ends at 7:00 AM the Following Morning

Ongoing Coverage Dates Will Be Released as Schedules Become Available
Candidate Must Be Available for at Least One of the Requested Dates to Be Considered for Ongoing Coverage

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide Hand Surgery Call Coverage
Cover Emergency Department and Transfer Center Calls
Evaluate and Treat Acute Hand Injuries
Provide Surgical Management of Hand Injuries as Clinically Appropriate
Reimplantation Procedures Are Not Performed at This Location

Requirements
Board Certified in Surgery of the Hand - Required
Hand Surgery Fellowship - Required
Active Colorado License or Active IMLC LOQ at Time of Submission - Required
DEA - Required for Credentialing
Candidate Must Be Available for Requested Coverage Dates
Number of Shifts Available Per Month for Ongoing Coverage Must Be Provided
Clean Malpractice and Background - Required
Current Self-Query NPDB Report Preferred
Local / Drive-In Candidates Highly Preferred

EMR Requirements
Epic Training Required Prior to Start
Credentialing Pre-Application and Full Application Must Be Completed Before EMR Account Setup
Required Epic Learning Modules Must Be Completed Before Virtual Training
Virtual Epic Training Must Be Completed at Least 1 Week Before the First Day
Candidate Must Acknowledge and Complete All Required EMR Training
Epic Experience Details Must Be Provided at Submission

Credentialing
Standard Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60-90 Days
Emergency Privileges May Be Available in Approximately 1-2 Weeks With a Clean File
Cross-Credentialing Required at an Additional Orthopedic Hospital
Colorado License or Active IMLC Required to Release Pre-Application"
