What You’ll Do
- Provide holistic, patient-centered care within the ICU setting
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Execute nursing interventions according to established standards
- Delegate activities to other care providers as appropriate
- Participate in shared decision-making and quality improvement initiatives
- Float to other ICUs or units as needed
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Minnesota or active temporary license with application in process
- BLS certification
- Prior experience in ICU settings, preferably with adult patients
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Preferred:
- Experience with a variety of ICU patient populations and procedures
