What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Operating Room and surgical units
- Assist with perioperative assessments, monitoring, and post-operative care
- Administer medications and treatments with adherence to protocols
- Monitor patient responses and document care accurately in EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and families about procedures and recovery
- Support on-call duties and weekend call shifts as required
What You Need
Required:
- Current RN license in state of employment or compact
- BLS certification via AHA
- At least 1 year of related nursing experience
Preferred:
- Experience in surgical or perioperative nursing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong assessment and patient education skills
