Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)

Travel PT Home Health jobs in Cuyahoga Falls, OH offer a 13-week assignment with 8-hour days Monday through Friday and 40 hours per week. You will provide home health physical therapy services, completing 5 to 6 visits per day and documenting in Homecare Home Base. This role requires an active Ohio PT license and prior home health experience.
