Anesthesiology Physician
StartDate: ASAP
Available Shifts: Regular 8;12
Pay Rate: $368.60 - $399.00
This facility is seeking a Cardiac Anesthesiology or General Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- Call and requirements: 7a-5p, evening Cardiovascular beeper call, 24-hour weekend beeper call - backup to in-house providers
- Supervision vs independent: Care Team Model, must be willing to both perform own cases and supervise Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA's) based on daily census, Physician/CRNA medical supervision model
- EMR: Medaxion/Meditech/Patient Keeper
- Certifications required: Board Certified in Anesthesiology, Transesophageal Echocardiography certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS)
- License required: Must have an active Florida license and Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) at time of presentation
Facility Location
A beautiful 150 acre Botanical Garden represents Florida’s extensive native and tropical plants and has amazed all those who go visit the garden. If you like sculptures, for a small fee, you won’t want to miss the “Gulf Coast Museum of Art” which is home to contemporary artists featuring crafts and collections of works of art from local artists. Largo, which is part of Pinellas County, is also close to Indian Rocks Beach and Pinewood Cultural Park.
