Orthopedic Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA)

Pay Rate: $106.70 - $115.50
This facility is seeking an Orthopedic Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity:
· Schedule: Monday – Friday 7a-3:30p · Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient · Type of cases: Surgery and Clinic Appointments · Credentialing timeframe: 90 days or more · Electronic Medical Record: MediTech · Certifications required: Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) as an Advanced prescriber. · Licensure required: Wisconsin State Medical License
