Lifestyle-First Schedule: Work only 11 shifts every 28 days, with 2 weeks of dedicated vacation

Approximately 132 shifts per year

Predictable Hours: 10-hour overnight shifts from 9:00 PM–7:00 AM

No ICU Responsibilities: Physician-run closed ICU

No Bedside Procedures required

Manageable Workload: Average of approximately 13 daily admissions, shared among three admitting providers

Compensation & Benefits
Market-adjusted competitive salary and benefits package

Base salary: $298,275

Annual quality incentive of up to 14% of base salary
