What You’ll Do
- Provide quality care to patients in an acute care setting on the PCU
- Monitor and titrate medications, including CPAP/BiPAP support
- Manage patient documentation and charge responsibilities during shifts
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and float within OSU as needed
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
- Support patients with complex medical needs, including ventilated patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Ohio RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience in a similar setting
- Comfortable working night shifts, including med titrations and CPAP/BiPAP
Preferred:
- Experience with med titrations and ventilator management
- Flexibility to float within OSU facilities
- Strong clinical assessment skills
