Registered Nurse – PCU Day Shift – Columbus, OH

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) during day shifts
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including ventilator management with CPAP/BiPAP, and medication titrations
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Document patient progress and medical interventions in electronic health records
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning
- Float within the hospital as required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Ohio RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 1 year of RN experience (profile review for less experience)
- Comfortable with ventilator management, including CPAP/BiPAP, and med titrations
- Ability to work charge-capable within hospital systems
Preferred:
- Experience working in a hospital setting, including acute care units
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
