What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality ICU nursing care to critically ill patients
- Manage ventilators, monitors, and other advanced medical equipment
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Document patient progress accurately using Epic electronic health records
- Float within units of similar or lower acuity as needed
- Support patient and family education during critical care situations
What You Need
Required:
- Ohio RN license
- BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications
- At least 2 years ICU experience
- Proficiency with telemetry, vents, and Epic electronic medical records
- Ability to work night shifts including every other weekend
Preferred:
- Travel nursing experience
- Charge nurse experience
- Experience with conscious sedation

This ICU RN role is based at a leading facility in Columbus, Ohio, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. The position involves 3 consecutive night shifts per week in a fast-paced critical care environment, with a patient ratio of approximately 1:2.
