Cardiothoracic Surgery Nurse Practitioner – Fond du Lac, WI

What You’ll Do:
- Support cardiothoracic surgeons with adult patient care and surgical procedures
- Examine patients, formulate diagnoses, develop treatment plans
- Perform endoscopic vein and radial artery harvests
- Place and remove chest tubes, central lines, arterial lines
- Intubate and extubate patients; assist with robotic lung procedures (preferred but not required)
- Document patient progress and surgical outcomes in Epic EMR
- Collaborate with surgical team and support staff to ensure optimal patient care
What You Need:
- Active state license and board certification in nursing
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- 1-2 years of CT surgery experience, including first-assist in CVOR
- Ability to pass credentialing and privileging within 60 days
