Description
- Work Dates Needed: 9/20, Oct 1, 5, 19, 23, Nov 10, 12, 16, 23, 25, Dec 4,5,6, 14, 21, 23, 25, 27, 29, 31
- Preferred Schedule: 24 hr pager call, 7a-7a
- Worksite Setting: Level 1 NICU, 215 bed hospital, standard OBED
- Scope of Work: 884 annual births, 184 patient encounters per month, 24/7 in house Anesthesia, No Circumcisions, No back up to CNMs
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BLS, BC or Truly BE, MS license/IMLC, DEA
- EMR: Epic
