- Scope: seeing adults for primary care and occupational medicine
- Setting: on-site clinic for company employees
- Dates: ASAP– 1/3/2027 with possibility of extension
- Schedule: M-F 8a-4:30p
- Volume: 2 patients per hour
- Staffing model: 2 NPs, 2 RNs, 1 LPN
- EMR: EPIC
- Experience: 2+ years of NP experience
- Requirements: Active MN license, DEA, BLS
