We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician for an impactful 60-day assignment in Florida. Our client is looking for a professional to work Monday through Thursday, from 7a-5:30p, handling a mix of family practice and occupational medicine duties for government employees in an outpatient clinic setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive bread and butter family practice care
• Conduct pre-employment physicals for police, fire, and civilian personnel
• Manage chronic care conditions
• Oversee medication management
• Perform acute care walk-in visits
• Dispense medications on-site, including GLP1's, with rare dispensing of controlled substances for short-term needs
• Care for ADHA patients
• No testosterone treatments required

• Patients per day: Appointments are 30-60 minutes, with a typical volume of 12-15 physicals daily (60 minutes each), and a maximum of 18 per day. The clinic allows for two same-day appointments per day and conducts pre-employment testing for law enforcement, fire, and civilians.

• Staffing Mix: Solo Physician role with a part-time Nurse Practitioner (Tuesday-Friday), supported by three per diem Nurse Practitioners for vacation coverage, and three full-time Medical Assistants (one for front desk, one for day-to-day operations, and one for back office).
