What You’ll Do

- Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans
- Monitor and interpret patient data, responding promptly to changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and procedures
- Delegating tasks effectively and supervising nursing staff
- Maintain compliance with healthcare standards, laws, and policies
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RN license in Louisiana
- BLS & ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- At least 2 years of nursing experience
- Proficiency with computers and healthcare software
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Preferred:
- Certification in clinical specialty areas
- Additional relevant training or certifications
