Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $59.18

What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality nursing care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Float between units within the OSU organization as needed
- Maintain patient ratios of approximately 1:4
- Follow established clinical protocols and safety procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately using EPIC electronic health records
- Support patient and family education during hospital stay
What You Need:
Required:
- Ohio RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent PCU experience
- BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications
- EPIC electronic health record experience
Preferred:
- Experience with patient floating and shift flexibility
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
