What You’ll Do
- Provide emergency care and perform initial assessments for acute conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Monitor vital signs and observe patient status continuously
- Administer medications and treatments according to protocols
- Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records
- Educate patients and families on treatment options and discharge instructions
- Respond swiftly to emergency situations, including symptoms of stroke, heart attack, seizures, or severe injuries
What You Need
Required:
- Valid state RN license
- Experience in emergency room or critical care settings
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- BLS/ACLS certification
- Previous ER experience in a fast-paced environment
